By accessing and using the Fairacres Neighborhood Association portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

This application serves the Fairacres historic neighborhood in Omaha, Nebraska. It is a volunteer-led initiative, currently developed and maintained by a single neighborhood resident, functioning as a solo developer. In the future, the platform will be managed by a small team of 1 to 4 volunteer administrators. The service provides a digital space for neighborhood communication and administration.

3. User Conduct

This portal is for the exclusive use of Fairacres Neighborhood Association residents and authorized individuals. Users agree to:

Provide accurate information during registration (via Google OAuth)
Maintain a respectful and neighborly tone in any communications
Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to breach the security of the application

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Because this is a volunteer-run community project, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime, reliability, or flawless operation of the application.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer, administrators, or the Fairacres Neighborhood Association be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on the application.
